Are all of your customers partners in your mission or does your day to day role prevent this? Would you like them to be your partners? Your focus? And the reason you go to work?

I am currently recruiting for a huge multinational FMCG business with some fabulous brands! This role would give you the opportunity to work across both branded and own label. This role is not for a specific account as the Customer Marketing team move accounts every 6 months or so. So the Head of Customer Marketing would take into account your current experience and development points and offer you an account to further your development.

- A combination of FMCG marketing and commercial experience

- Good knowledge and experience of working with top 4 retailers or convenience or discounters

- Strong commercial acumen with keen interest in food, its key players and latest trends

- Influencing (internally and externally) in a collaborative, unbiased and objective manner.

- Strong communication skills - ability to communicate clearly and engage with a broad spectrum of contacts both internally and externally

- Strong presentation skills - comfortable with inspiring large & small groups with passionate brand advocacy and commercial understanding

- Comfortable with interpreting data to identify trends and develop relevant action plans
