<p style="text-align: justify;">Our client is a global success story in food manufacturing. A worldwide group operating in over 100 countries with multiple major manufacturing sites, they are looking to hire a Account Development Manager.&nbsp;Reporting into the UK Business Development Manager you will be&nbsp;responsible for the internal and external product relationships and product placements within a major retail client account/s (Own Brand Manufacture Top 5).</p> <p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">From a food manufacturing background and used to managing relationships in a top 10 UK retail account you will have a business or marketing background, be happy across product placement, packaging and the core business support growth activities surrounding the success of internal development of international products in own brand manufacture. Including:</p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify;">Account relationship management</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Provide market intelligence that can add value to the relationship with customers&nbsp;</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Support a Senior BDM for business development in assigned market categories and activities</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Promote project information exchanges between BDM's to generate synergies and optimise the development of different markets</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Analyse results, draw conclusions and propose improvements in relation to the FMCG market success</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Develop information and reports provided to decision making</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Assist in the execution of business plans and commercial marketing&nbsp;</li> <li style="text-align: justify;">Managing an internal relationship across quality, design and product supply</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify;">*This role would suit a results driven FMCG product specialist or account manager/business development manager looking to step up.&nbsp;</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">Candidates will ideally have a business or marketing related degree or at least 3 years experience within FMCG and food manufacture.
