An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our blue-chip FMCG clients, working within their established marketing team in West Yorkshire. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this Senior Brand Manager position is a superb opportunity for a talented individual to lead and develop plans for a multi million food portfolio!

Seeking a solid and proven FMCG expertise, be it gained within brand management, commercial marketing or category management, and an individual who is driven, inquisitive, creative and commercially savvy. The Senior Brand Manager will define, develop and implement growth strategy and be responsible for the innovation pipeline and creation of new and existing product development from concept through to launch

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep consumer AND commercial understanding of brand performance, including continuous and ad hoc research, measurement and reporting;
• Development of brand strategies and tactics aligned to our 'Grow The Core' principles, and rooted in tailoring our offer to specific channels and customers;
• Creation and development of new and existing product development, from concept to launch;
• Leading innovation projects, where this is aligned to the overall business strategy;
• Development of marketing mix for the portfolio
• To develop and manage external Marketing agency relationships where required
• Contribution to brand, communications and shopper marketing strategy

• Marketing experience in FMCG environment
• Personal Leadership: Responsible for driving own results
• Project management skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
