Customer Marketing Manager - Top 4 Grocers and Online Retailers

Do you have experience working with FMCG consumer brands? Do you have a strategic and sales orientated background? Do you want to join a dominant brand within its sector?

My client is a leading ethnic food producer who are recognised globally for their innovative packaging and product range. They are a dominant leader in the market and are always looking for ways in which they can improve the look and feel of their product as well as improving their online status. They see customer marketing to be the forefront of their strategic growth and as such are now seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to drive their brand forward across multiple channels.

The role of Customer Marketing Manager is hugely important within this company. You will be accountable for managing the customer marketing programmes across grocery and Ocado/Amazon. This is a high profile opportunity to drive significant sales growth and ROI. You will also liaise with the Sales Director to support on the strategic plans for key customers in line with the agreed marketing strategy for the brands. You will also have the opportunity to gain broad commercial experience working in a challenging and collaborative environment where interaction between Sales and Marketing teams will be key. Your role will be split into developing marketing activities for both in-store and online. You will need to think up innovative ideas to help best market your product in stores and to be able to back it up with figures and a strategic overview. You will also need to make sure your product is marketed correctly and effectively online to really drive sales.

  • Great financial and numerate capabilities
  • Marketing experience in an FMCG environment
  • Currently be in a Customer Marketing Manager position
  • 3-5 years' experience
