As a Field Sales Consultant, you’ll join our Out-of-Home Sales team, which works closely as a unit and is collectively ambitious for its brand. Working with a range of products that will inspire you, you’ll be assigned to a geographical area. 90% field based, you’ll manage your own diary and day-to-day workload with accountabilities including:
• On-the-road business development, with some leads from head office
• Generating appointments, whilst pitching the business, products and after-sales offer
• Building rapport and relationships for repeat business.

Who is the right candidate to be successful in this Field Sales Consultant role?
We’re looking for a passionate, driven sales professional with a real grasp of the commercial environment in which Nespresso operates. Able to identify and win new business rapidly, build strong relationships with new customers and develop existing client relationships, you ideally have experience of working with large corporate organisations and SME’s, although we are happy to consider those from a different background with the requisite skill-set. 

You’re also: 
• Self-motivated and used to working on your own with large amounts of autonomy 
• Resilient with a can-do attitude 
• Sales savvy and target driven, with a passion for sales, business development and relationship management:
• Confident at dealing with people at all levels, with particular experience operating at senior level looked on favourable for this opportunity
• Highly organised, personable and ambitious are all character traits this role, and Nespresso look for as is consultative and solution sale skills.

Nespresso has a strong benefits package which includes, for this role, a base salary of up to £26,000PA, Up to £40,000 OTE, a company car, a competitive pension, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + flex days, Nespresso machine and monthly coffee allowance
