Brand Manager | Merseyside | Innovative Business

Our client is a large and very well regarded fresh and frozen food business, with a presence across the UK. We are currently looking for an experienced Brand Manager to be based at one of their northern sites. They need someone with a passion for good product and the drive to constantly improve and develop the company's offering.

The Role

Working closely with Commercial teams on a number of already launched branded lines and some further developing ideas.
Working with a finite budget, to gain maximum exposure in the market place.
Ideally being able to contribute with some category insight, in order to ensure the direction the business is taking, is the right one.
Liaising directly with the customers (retailers) to ensure the right messages are always delivered.

The Candidate

Will have a proven background either as a Junior Brand Manager looking to step up, or someone who can move sideways into a full Brand Manager role.
Experience of Category Management/Insight would be an advantage and stand you in good stead.
Will have successfully managed brands (either niche or mainstream).
Be an enthusiastic and competent team player.
