Job Details

Our client is a dynamic, expanding company with over 20 years experience in the fashion industry, they have built an impressive branded apparel and accessories portfolio of licensed and house owned brands. With an enviable international reputation they have a team of experienced professionals skilled in the design, manufacturing and sale of quality branded clothing; they pride themselves on delivering superb levels of service to their customers. Due to recent and future growth they are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join there Sales team.

The Role

As the successful Key Account Manager you will be responsible for a building strong partnership with your specific account to shape and develop joint strategies to grow sales and profit, increase market share and enhance each brand's image. You will work closely with external retail buyers and merchandisers to maximise the company's strategy, along with internal departments to negotiate commercial terms, set annual budgets and ensure they are met, along with driving the enhancement for the P&L for your defined accounts.

The successful Key Account Manager will:

  • Currently hold the position of Key Account Manager, National Account Executive, National Account Manager, Customer Development Manager, Business Account Manager, Customer Business Manager, Commercial Manager or equivalent
  • Essential that you have experience within a branded business within the fashion industry
  • Have current experience managing a large National Account
  • Strong communicator with the ability to communicate and negotiate cross functionally at senior levels
  • Be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment
  • Be tenacious and results driven
  • Be degree educated or equivalent

 

In return you will receive a salary of up to £55,000, 50% bonus, car allowance and other company benefits.

This role requires access to their head office in Hertfordshire.
