Category Manager, FMCG, Promotions, and Licensed Advertising

Warner Bros. Consumer Products license the intellectual property rights of the Warner Bros. portfolio, including DC Comics (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman), The Wizarding World of J.K. Rowling (Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts), and Classic Animation (Looney Tunes, Scooby Doo, Tom & Jerry, Hanna Barbera). We license these rights to manufacturing companies for use on products or promotions. With regular travel, you will manage specific Food, Beverage, Personal Care, Promotions, Themed Entertainment and Licensed Advertising categories in the UK and Ireland. This will include deliverables against defined revenue targets, management of category strategies, product or promotional development, and licensee or agency management to drive long term revenue growth.

We are looking for someone with a strong FMCG background that has a passion for entertainment and our franchises; you should have a proven track record in a commercial or trade marketing role working for a large FMCG blue chip company with a working knowledge of category management, product development, contract negotiations and retail execution, or have a similar buying expertise. Having a talent to input into strategy, analyse data and information, develop actionable recommendations, and manage external and internal relationships, you will have strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships at all levels as a team player with a background in large, fast moving matrix organizations.
