Your duties and responsibilities for the B2B Sales Consultant role will include;
As a B2B Sales Consultant, you’ll join our Out-of-Home Sales team, which works closely as a unit and is collectively ambitious for its brand. Working with a range of products that will inspire you, you’ll be assigned the North West territory. Working remotely in this field based role, you’ll manage your own diary and day-to-day workload with accountabilities including:
•On-the-road new business development, with some leads from head office
•Generating appointments, whilst pitching the business, products and after-sales offer
•Building rapport and relationships for repeat business.
Who is the right candidate to be successful in this B2B Sales Consultant role?
We’re looking for a passionate, driven sales professional with a real grasp of the Business to Business (B2B) environment in which Nespresso operates.
Able to identify and win new business rapidly, build strong relationships with new customers and develop existing client relationships, you ideally have experience of working with large corporate B2B organisations, although we are happy to consider those from a different background with the requisite skill-set.
Sales savvy and target driven, with a personality, you’re passionate about sales, business development and relationship management: As a B2B Sales Consultant with Nespresso you’re also:
•Self-motivated and used to working on your own with large amounts of autonomy
•Resilient with a can-do attitude
•Confident at dealing with people at all levels, with particular experience operating at senior level looked on favourable for this opportunity
•Highly organised, personable and ambitious are all character traits this role, and Nespresso look for as is consultative and solution sale skills.
Nespresso have a strong benefits package which includes, for this role, a base salary of up to £26,000PA + realistic OTE of £40,000PA, a company car, a competitive pension, up to 5% bonus and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
