JOIN OUR JOURNEY

Do you have what it takes to be a leader at HEINEKEN?

Join the Graduate Leadership Programme 2017

Base: £27,000 plus package

Do you want to be part of one of the most progressive companies in the UK? A company that puts ‘enjoyment of life’ at its heart? A company that pushes boundaries, yet steeped in over 100 years of history?

Our graduate programme is now open, and we are looking for the next leaders for HEINEKEN – the UK’s leading cider, beer and pub company.

You will be the envy of all your friends, working on some of the nation’s most loved ciders and beers – including Heineken®, Foster’s, Strongbow, Old Mout, Desperados, Red Stripe and Bulmers. And that’s just a handful of the huge range of brands.

With world class marketing campaigns and sponsorships including UEFA Champions League, Team GB, England Cricket and nearly every major UK music festival, 10,000 pub and bar customers, plus trading with thousands of supermarkets and off licenses, you’ll have your work cut out.

We need people with passion and determination, an exceptional eye for detail, a creative spirit and a will to win.  Our Graduate Leadership programme requires you to be flexible, self-sufficient, open to feedback and willing to challenge yourself.  You’ll get in-depth experience of us, a broad understanding of our operations and the support to be a leader of tomorrow.  Our UK locations are as diverse as our brands, therefore it is essential you are nationally mobile.  If you’ve a 2:1 degree or above, with a full UK driving license, and have worked during your studies, then we think you’re ready for the next big step. Your journey with HEINEKEN will commence in September 2017, therefore you must have completed your degree prior to this date. Once you’ve completed our 2 year programme you’ll be ready to join our permanent workforce. And after that? Well, David Forde, our UK Managing Director, was once on our graduate scheme…

Still interested?

Please attach your CV and a covering letter detailing why you think you could be one of our future HEINEKEN leaders. Please note that you must be eligible to work in the UK without requiring sponsorship.

Application closing date: 12th January 2017.

You can expect 3 interview stages:

  • December/January - Video interview
  • February - Assessment centre Edinburgh - 21st & 22nd February 2017
  • March -Final stage - London

Start date of the programme will be September 2017.

Now, while you’re waiting - why not check out what we like to call ‘The Interview’ at goplaces.theheinekencompany.com – it will make for great icebreaker chat at your interview!
