Business Development Executives- On Trade- Multiple locations

Our client is a leading premium drinks company in the spirits category. This business continues to grow rapidly in the UK due to creative and exciting sales and marketing strategies driven by a superb workforce of dedicated & passionate people. In order to facilitate continued growth in the premium on-trade sector we are looking for a Business Development Executives to manage on-trade accounts in either Birmingham, Manchester, Kent or Sheffield regions in order to drive the sales and implementation of the on-trade vision and strategy.

Role profile:

You will drive commercial success, customer relationships and strategic development of leading on-trade accounts. Successful candidates will have responsibility for developing strong relationships, supporting brand activations, new business, account development and excellent sales results.

- Background exposure to working with premium drinks brands
- Exposure to on-trade sales in the drinks arena is highly preferable
- Demonstrable evidence of energy, passion, creativity and commercial organisation skills.
- Knowledge, exposure and a passion for mixology & drinks culture is advantageous
- Strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills to drive commercial success.
- Educated to degree level
