The Role
Our Category & Shopper Marketing Team has achieved its ambition to become the UK’s number one team - holding the top spot in the Advantage Group Survey for 3 years in a row, but it doesn’t end there. Our customers have come to value our ability to develop targeted category strategies and tactics enabling them to deliver a brilliant market leading approach, so you’ll be integral to this on-going success.
In this role you’ll deliver the HEINEKEN UK category strategy to a key off Trade customer. You’ll work collaboratively with the central HEINEKEN UK category team to ensure that customer and shopper dynamics are utilised and work with trading teams to drive promotional effectiveness.
With the customer at the heart of everything we do, you’ll understand their needs by engaging in a multi-level customer contact strategy to embed the category agenda and from there deliver category performance reviews with trade representing the category agenda in joint customer planning days.
To be successful in this role you’ll be passionate about sharing the category story drawing on your category, portfolio & brand understanding as well as route to market and channel activation planning experience. Leadership experience would be highly beneficial as you’ll be responsible for leading and coaching one direct report. You’ll demonstrate experience in marketing, sales or an off trade role with some brand or customer facing experience an asset.
