Nielsen is actively searching for Client Manager to join our Client Service team, supporting one of the UK largest FMCG manufacturers. You will be focusing on several household and personal care brands, with the goal to deliver strategic insights for the European and North American markets. In our day-to-day job we are aiming to surround our client with value and provide 360 insights, utilising data on what consumers buy (retail measurement and consumer panel data) and working with colleagues to leverage insights around what consumers watch & say.

Key accountabilities for our roles include:



  • Delivering strategic insights that will help your client grow their categories and brands, by analysing and utilising data on what consumers buy and watch
  • Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in areas such as Consumer Insights, Marketing, Brand Management & Sales
  • Identify business opportunities through capitalising on client needs and coordinate with the appropriate Nielsen Services. With further opportunities to work across our specialist business areas such as New product development, Consumer insight etc.
  • Developing and delivering against account plans to support your clients business objectives
  • Taking responsibility for revenue and client satisfaction targets for your accounts.
  • Managing the day to day liaison and coordination of servicing for your key client contacts


  • To succeed in this role you will need:-

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to make initial strategic recommendations based on the content of research conducted
  • To be an enthusiastic team player, capable of working proactively.
  • To be results-oriented and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • An Interest in FMCG
