This is a superb opportunity to join one of the leading Health & Beauty product design and development global manufacturing businesses who work in true partnership with aspirational award-winning premium British beauty brands as well as retailers on a global scale.

Your task will be to take ownership of a variety of customer projects, forming strong relationships with their team and look to add value in defining new product opportunities.

Establishing complex critical paths across conceptual trails and testing and presentations through to order completion across the entire manufacturing process from concept to the shelf. You will have to utilise superb organisational and influencing skills in working with both internal and external cross functional teams, potentially working across every product category within the beauty sector; skin care, fragrance, colour cosmetics and personal care, developing innovative and exciting product ranges.

Your natural passion and enthusiasm for the beauty sector will aid your on-going  knowledge of market trends, competitor activity and innovation which will help you ensure you add continual value in your customer relationships.

Although it’s preferred that you will have worked within the beauty product sector, FMCG experience is essential, gained either within a brand, retailer product development team or within a manufacturing partner and to be able to hit the ground at pace and deliver in this busy position.
