What can you expect to be doing?

  • Working closely with internal & external customers to grow rate of sale, and new distribution of our brands.
  • With strong relationship building skills you will work closely with partner wholesaler’s sales-force to win new business, improve rate of sale & remove competitor brands from the bar.
  • Utilising your fantastic commercial acumen you will be able to ensure the correct level of spend in outlet on brand support, striking the balance between brand visibility & profitability. 
  • Prospecting for new business, strong brand knowledge, confidence & commercial capability to ensure our brands win against the competition.
  • Maximise sales within territory and, at all times, demonstrate best practice in every aspect of customer service.
  • Deliver a passion for Molson Coors brands and champion beer

The territories are very large, so you will need to be well organised, with good planning skills to ensure you maximise your time in front of retail customers. With strong targets to achieve, sales is the main focus of the role, support the wholesalers to drive our brands forward, to grow volume & stockists in your territory each quarter.

This a varied & exciting opportunity to join a vibrant team to gain front line sales skills, with good exposure to basic sales commercials & brand support at retail level.

About You:

Ideally you will have a strong academic background, a natural ability to build relationships with customers and sound commercial awareness. You will have experience of working in targeted sales environment, whether that is recruitment sales, telesales, field sales, bar management and more!
