The Business

Holding significant presence with their category, this branded food business within is now embarking on a phase of significant growth and expansion. Operating across the ambient category, the business has now enlarged its commercial team as a method of initiating this growth period.  

The Role

As a result, the business now seeks a capable Regional Account Manager to take control of their operations across the North East and Scotland. Responsible for directing and managing a team of territory sales executives across the region, you will be tasked with driving significant growth across the Impulse channel across the area. Bringing clear focus to the operation of the team, you will be fully dedicated to producing outstanding performance within a competitive sector.

The Individual 

In this instance, the chosen candidate must present previous experience of a similar role within an FMCG environment. Whether this be in food or drink, you will have a strong appreciation of brand and strategies in which to drive sales and distribution. Experience of man-management, target setting and JBP accountability are also pre-requisites of this role.
