Marketing and Innovation Manager

A leading FMCG brand are looking for a Innovation and Marketing Manager to lead a team, developing the innovation strategy plan, campaigns to develop strong brand and managing commercial insight to drive business forward. You will be responsible for delivering a full mix marketing plan including above the line activity. You will drive both internal and external resources to deliver measurable results. If you are looking in work in FMCG role but with a family feel this is the role for you.

As Marketing and Innovation Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Develop Brand positioning
• Commercial insight to develop marketing strategy
• Manage Communication with Media and PR relationships
• Develop innovation projects
• Manage team of two

For Marketing and Innovation Manager, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• FMCG or similar industry experience in Marketing Manager function
• Commercial strategy and insight
• Brand management
• Analytic
• Degree level qualification
• Previous team management experience
• Energetic, fast paced, creative and confident
