Research Director - Qualitative

The client are looking for an experienced professional with a passion for insight and existing client relationships that you will bring to the company. Whatever your background (be that research, marketing or planning), you will have a talent for identifying key insights and turning them into recommendations and strategy for our clients. Your ability to understand the uses for and the role insights, both quantitative and qualitative can play within a business is essential.

*You will have been in a marketing, planning or research role for several years
*You will have strong project management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects at any one time
*You will have leadership and management skills and experience dealing with and influencing senior stakeholders within a business
*People management skills are essential - working in a collegiate team of both junior and senior researchers
*A view to the future of insight and how to evolve methodology and delivery to the demands of consumers and clients

You need:

*An active, hands on member of the qualitative team working across a variety of research projects and client sectors, both in the UK and internationally
