ShopSmart Agency has a brand new partnership and we are currently recruiting for an exceptional Regional Manager, who will be working within the Convenience & Impulse sector managing a team of Field Sales Executives to drive and grow distribution on behalf of our client; Kraft Heinz

Salary: £28,000, KPI bonus plus company car and fuel card

Location: South

The Role:

 Representing ShopSmart Agency, Kraft Heinz and the product range to the highest possible standard
 Delivering our strategy, client objectives and targets within the region
 Driving new stockists and distribution across the retail estate
 Identifying areas of opportunity to further develop the product range within the category
 Managing, motivating and leading a regional team of Field Sales Executives
 Setting team and individual targets as appropriate
 Managing high levels of quality and consistency in all areas of the programme

The person we are looking for:

 You must have experience in managing a Field Sales team
 You must have demonstrable experience of the Convenience & Impulse sector
 You will have exceptional people management skills
 You should be experienced in analysing team performance, producing and presenting results effectively to Field Sales Executives, management and key stakeholders
 You will be able to align KPIs and targets for your team in order to achieve our overriding sales and distribution targets
 You will be an excellent communicator with first class influencing and negotiation skills
 You will be highly motivated and sales focussed
