Consumer Insight Manager

Our client is an expanding food manufacturer who are seeking someone to cover a maternity leave consumer insight role.  Due to the fast growing nature of the business this could develop into a permanent role but initial contract will be for 12 months.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•    Analysing external data to identify trends and formulate insights
•    Advising retail customers on enhancing their offering to improve and grow sales
•    Support the development and delivery of the Marketing and Category plans
•    Assist the company to fully exploit opportunities  including development of new products, ranges and categories

Ideally, the successful candidate would possess the following attributes:
•      Proficient in handling data with keen attention to detail
•      Degree (or equivalent) in relevant discipline
•      Proven experience in a similar role, experience of working with retail customers would be advantageous
•       An excellent communicator, with good level of literacy and numeracy

Package is negotiable around £30-40k
