Job Details
37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Regular hours, no weekend working

As a Retail Development Representative, you’ll:
- Represent brands like Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno, Kinder Surprise and Thorntons to local retailers
- Educate retailers on customer behaviours, product display and sales techniques
- Look after a territory comprising Birmingham, Dudley, Stoke-on-Trent, Walsall and Wolverhampton
- Work toward and beat challenging targets
What you’ll need to do the job:
- Passion, enthusiasm and customer focus
- The hunger to learn new techniques and progress your career
- A full UK/EU driving licence
There’s a structured approach to Retail Development at FSS and we’ll give you all the training you’ll need to understand our sales, merchandising, stock management and product visibility methods.
