Paul Nyman Consultancy are recruiting two Commercial Managers for a premium producer.
The Business
A market leading premium chilled food supplier with a health-conscious appeal are looking to further advance their commercial team by taking on exceptional Commercial Managers covering their retailer accounts.
Looking to the future, the business has consistently invested in its sites and expects to see major growth potential from its increased capacity combined with constant desire to professionally develop their people to the highest level.
Culturally, they strike a good balance. Hard working, but including a seaside ethos, the business likes to make sure they consistently produce well for their customers, but overwork is not an option.
The Role
A National Account Manager of the highest calibre, this individual will take on responsibility for engaging both internal and external stakeholders to grow their accounts, combining strong business planning with an understanding of how to develop existing relationships in their market.
Working in partnership with account customers and internal departments, the successful individual will manage customer expectations, identify areas of potential growth for the business through building an in-depth knowledge of the market, and establishing good relationships with all departments of the business.
The Person
A sharp, intelligent individual with a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a National Account Manager with proven success. A passion for quality food would help immensely, and you will be used to proactively identifying market trends and managing your response to them.
