Job Details

A dynamic, commercially focused and fun team are seeking a National Sales Manager to join them! You will sit within the Consumer and Retail part of the business and report directly into the Head of Retail. You will be responsible for 7 Retail Divisional Managers and indirectly responsible for 60 Retail Sales Executive. A high profile role you will provide strategic thinking for the Head of Retail and they see this person progressing into this role.

The Role

  • To motivate and lead the retail sales team to develop and deliver strategy to grow the business
  • Lead sales team to achieve KPIs and objectives across the contact strategy
  • Lead large cross-functional commercial projects either in their entirety or on behalf of the retail channel
  • Develop ways to deliver great in store execution and retailer advocacy within stores
  • Build a strong external network

A proven record of leading, coaching and developing sales teams, as well as delivering strong results through others is essential. They are seeking a commercial focused, strategic and creative National Sales Manager who wants to progress in their career.
