SHS Sales & Marketing is the UK’s market leading, privately-owned, sales and marketing outsourcing company. With over £350m turnover it continues to grow through the development of company-owned and partner-owned brands across a number of FMCG categories including alcohol and soft drinks, grocery, confectionery, household, healthcare and health & beauty.

We are now seeking two additional Senior National Account Managers to take on commercial responsibility for an important part of our fast-growing and rapidly expanding Mars brand portfolio. One SNAM position will focus on major customers in the Grocery Retail channel and the second SNAM position will have responsibility for a portfolio of major Wholesale customers.

With a broad remit both roles are high profile. You will work closely with colleagues in commercial, category and marketing, as well as the brand partner to manage all aspects of developing the business across some of our largest and most important customers in these channels. You’ll be working on JBPs, NPD, promotional activity and above all building strong relationships with key contacts at Head Office level. In addition, you’ll be part of a company that supports and develops its people so there will be future opportunities for you too.

Of graduate calibre, you’ll need previous FMCG experience at NAM/SNAM level gained in a branded food, drink or non-food environment and ideally have previously managed customers in the Top 4 Grocers or Wholesale channels. Previous knowledge and experience of working in branded Grocery categories would be an added advantage. A natural self-starter, you will have a real passion for building business plus a truly engaging, dynamic and persuasive personality, real drive and an inspiring record of success.

The job role is home based (flexible) in England or Wales.
