Regional Sales Manager – Cash & Carry

Area to Cover: Greater London

 

Salary:  £28,000 - £34,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus + Car

As a Regional Sales Manager for our Ferrero UK account, you will be responsible for training, directing and motivating up to 10 Cash & Carry Executives. Ensuring they drive visibility and sales of Ferrero products, you’ll meet demanding distribution, display, ROI, availability and other targets.

We’re looking for a highly experienced, results driven sales manager with real commercial acumen, cash & carry and convenience sector knowledge and great analytical skills.

Ferrero UK is recognised for iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Tic Tac, Nutella, Bueno and Kinder Surprise - unique brands which are well loved throughout the UK.

If you’re a strategic thinker with brilliant leadership skills and a highly flexible attitude, you’ll quickly find huge opportunities here to deliver brilliant brand and product performance.

You must have:

-the confidence and inspirational approach to drive results

 

-demonstrable commercial acumen

 

-proven data analysis skills (from team performance to sales trends)

 

-strong people management skills

 

-a full clean driving licence.

 

 

 

Travel throughout the UK, including some overnight stays, is required.
