The role sits within the dynamic Category & Shopper team where success in the role will help deliver the on-going development of the company’s Shopper Activation strategy and growth acceleration. You will have a passion for category management and brand activation whilst turning shopper insight into actionable campaigns by being at the heart of everything that the business and brand stands for.
The successful candidate will have the following criteria:-
- Experience of working in a Category Manager or Shopper/Activation role within FMCG
- In depth experience of using shopper insight to build plans that deliver brand strategies
- A proven track record of successfully leading the shopper agenda and developing strategies that delivers branded growth in the shopper environment.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights, then convert into creative recommendations that deliver both category and company growth.
- Highly developed analytical and presentation skills.
- Ability to flex style to communicate and influence others
- Must be comfortable with working in the North Yorks / North East region on a daily basis
- Degree educated
