The Customer Marketing Executive will be responsible for the development and execution of our marketing plans on our premium brand premium portfolio as part of the city centre project. Ensuring that we are first choice for customers by delighting the beer and cider drinkers in Manchester and Birmingham specifically with tailored plans that engage and excite both our customers and consumers.

The CME will be responsible for identifying premium flagship accounts in these cities and ensuring brilliant, flawless execution through the creation of bespoke activations that will create halo effect in surrounding areas driving strong brand awareness. A key part of this role will be developing and executing a consumer event engagement plan to drive trial and awareness with the influencer's who frequent these accounts.

 

A confident, enthusiastic, and organised individual who can support the Premium and Partnership controller in the planning and evaluation of all below the line customer and consumer initiatives for our premium portfolio. Their strong market and customer understanding coupled with creativity and fresh thinking will contribute to shaping our plans for the future.  

 

  1. Ensuring flawless implementation and execution of the marketing plan including the engagement of the city centre project team. Engaging the team around our plans with passion and enthusiasm to ensure brilliant execution. Identifying flagship premium accounts in each city and working with the account to achieve brilliant execution through bespoke activations that will drive strong brand awareness and halo effect in surrounding areas. This would include management of budget, ensuring that all activities and branding conform with brand guidelines and evaluation to ensure that they are delivering an appropriate return on investment.    Developing and executing a consumer event and experiential engagement plan for our premium brands; ensuring that our products are sampled at key events to raise awareness and drive trial among our target consumers.  Leading the BTL plan for premium brands which would include identifying and developing of new, relevant and engaging POS materials 
  2. Evaluating all activity and initiatives ensuring that learning’s are incorporated into improving the effectiveness and financial performance of future activity.
