The Role
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
- Setting up and maintaining customer rebates on both SAP and Concerto within the team SLA.
Effective & professional handling of internal and external customer queries. - Analysis and interpretation of complex datasets using Excel.
- Liaising with the Sales Force.
- Meeting deadlines for financial accounting periods.
- Accurate reconciliation of accruals/provisions.
- Prompt turnaround of payments to customers within the SLA agreed.
- Maintaining own portfolio of accounts.
- Audit requirements and authorisation levels are met.
- Clear down of Customer Rebates.
- Ensuring Rebate payments are made in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc rebate and administration work as required.
- Self-starter - Proactively seeks to find solutions
- Customer centric – Identifying and serving needs of internal and external customers
- Promotes can do attitude
- Able to deliver to agreed commitments
- Preferably degree educated or equivalent (or A Level standard with some experience)
- Remains calm under pressure
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
- Takes ownership for own performance and identifies areas for improvement and development
- Is able to communicate with a variety of staff at all levels
- Can adapt to new systems and procedures
- Reliable, affable, and can communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Flexible “Can do “ attitude
Desirable: - Good knowledge of SAP
