Summary:

Key Objectives:
- To achieve sales and profitability in line with van forecasts whilst ensuring operational compliance
- To operate the daily journey in line with established procedures and company guidelines especially in the management and control of stock using the hand held technology provided
- To ensure that his vehicle and personal appearance are maintained in line with company policy
- To maximise sales within the existing customer base whilst looking for new customers opportunities
- To work with his line manager to ensure maximum journey efficiency within his territory
- To work with line manager to produce an individual learning and development plan

- Daily audit trail
- Monthly Van P & L accounts
