Pukka, People, Plants and Planet

Pukka Herbs is on an incredible journey and we are looking for individuals who are on theirs. If you would describe yourself as entrepreneurial, energetic, curious, determined, open-minded, and ambitious, then read on.

From the seeds planted by our two entrepreneurial co-founders in 2001 we have blossomed to successfully blending, marketing and selling organic teas and supplements in 40 countries around the world, whilst becoming innovative leaders in the UK.

With commercial success, our core purpose of connecting people to the power of plants, has grown even stronger. A million cups of organic tea a day bring this positive impact to our customers and over 5,000 growers all over the world. And with every tea fairly traded through pioneering schemes like FairWild and Fair For Life, we are changing lives as our circles of benevolence ripple out from crop to cup.

And so, as Pukka becomes more visible and our relationships with people grow, we’re at an incredibly exciting phase of development. We are ready to build rapidly on our success and accelerate the positive impact we make.   To do so, we need the best, most talented and inspiring people to come on our journey with us. If you are a sales or marketing specialist who can feel our passion and see yourself helping build on our success, then we’d love to hear from you.
