Role Purpose Statement
To support the Hospitality Product Team to deliver incremental sales via excellent customer presentations and timely and accurate information. This will be achieved by supporting the product specialists (currently Gina Parnaby and Warren Harris) with accurate information regarding sales, pricing, product details and set-up. Working with our Product Specialists and Development Chefs to provide presentations and customer information prior to meetings and following meetings to professionalise and improve our customer interactions.
Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
  • To support Mitchells & Butlers Product Specialist with admin including (but not exclusively):
    • Range management - product lists and delists
    • Update/ action the product brief (12 versions per brand -12 brands ) - changes
    • Product mapping
    • Sales reports (ad hoc)
    • Sales data for tenders
    • Complete price review template
    • STEP data input
    • New line tracker
    • Sample tracker
  • To support Wholesale Hospitality Product Specialist with reports, data collation and product information to allow for targeted sales activity across all hospitality customers
  • Liaise between products specialists, development chefs, category and procurement teams to support customer presentations with accurate product information and samples to the right place at the right time.
  • Support the whole team, working with the CPL Designer (currently Amy Connelly) to develop and produce customer presentation and information packs prior to food shows and as follow ups to ensure maximum impact and sales
  • Support the Hospitality Sector Development Manager with information and presentations for customer and team meetings, providing accurate information and tracking the team’s sales performance
