Customer Development Executives
Are you ready for an entrepreneurial sales role where you are directly responsible for £1 million of business?
The Role
As the primary contact for Unilever Ice Cream customers within the Leisure channel you will own the strategy to grow sales in a defined territory. With a portfolio of existing customers valued at c.£1m, you will develop and maintain commercial relationships, agree ranging and execute bespoke equipment and visibility solutions to grow sales of Wall's ice cream as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities, supported by a telesales team. This will often involve negotiating and managing joint business plan agreements (within an agreed framework) and working closely with Unilever colleagues to secure sign-off. Ice Cream is a competitive, exciting and fun environment and this role will suit sales people who enjoy real autonomy and working with market leading brands.
Key performance indicators will be simply based on sales growth thorough retaining and growing exiting customers and securing new business.

Required
- Passion for delivering results with a track record of growing sales
- Ability to build and develop customer relationships
- Range of communication skills tailored for business environment and customer preferences
- Embraces autonomy and demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit
- Develops dynamic business plans to ensure efficient execution of plans to agreed standard on time
- Organisational skills to plan contact strategy efficiently and manage diverse range of customer needs
- Participating as part of a team in a pro-active manner, supporting colleagues to perform at very best
- Enthusiastic & creative with a positive attitude
Desirable
- Negotiation skills including experience of "contracts"
