An opportunity has arisen for my client to recruit a Territory Manager responsible for the commercial activity in the Midlands for this reputable and well-established Food Ingredients business.
This company has continually evolved and has a strong presence when the Bakery Ingredients sector. Experience of this market or allied industries is a pre-requisite for this role.
Role
An experienced and professional Territory Manager is required to help this business expand in line with their growth strategy. The company has an enviable reputation for product quality and service. The company sells products to independent bakeries, wholesalers, food manufacturers and the major UK retailers.
The successful candidate will be comfortable in a family run business and although they will need to have a strong commercial background they must fit in to a friendly culture with a “family feel”. This role fits within a fairly small team and so will enable you to have a genuinely positive and influential impact on this business.
Individual
Develop sales and relationships with new and existing customers.
Proven track record of sales with the food industry.
Strong networking and relationship building skills.
Well organised with the ability to take a planned approach to selling.
Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
