THE ROLE: As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a range of electrical products into builders merchants, independent DIY retailers and wholesalers. It is an even split of new business and account management and you will be dealing with a variety of different contacts, from branch managers and owners, through to buying departments.

THE PERSON: Our client is looking to hear from numbers driven, hungry and dynamic sales professionals. Although FMCG sales to retail would be advantageous, they will look at calibre candidates that can demonstrate strong sales ability in any marketplace.

THE COMPANY: Established for over 70 years, this multinational organisation has offices and manufacturing facilities in many sites all over the world. They are committed to continually evolving their product offering, taking into consideration market trends.

THE PACKAGE FOR AREA SALES MANAGER:

• Basic: £28,000 - £32,000
• Bonus: 20%
• Car Allowance
• Benefits: Mobile, Pension, Laptop

LOCATION: North East - Darlington, Middlesbrough, Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle
