Villeroy & Boch is now the world’s largest manufacturer of ceramics, from fine luxury tableware to bathrooms and tiles. Whilst well known for our china we also produce a wide range of other products such as quality crystal, cutlery and accessories - many of which are designed to complement our tableware patterns.


We are currently recruiting for a full time Account Manager to join our small sales team.  You will be working for our Hotel & Restaurant B2B channel, and will develop relationships with distributors within your sales area.  You will be based from home, but should be within commuting distance to the head office in SW London.  You will look after a Sales region within East London, South Eastern Home Counties and M25 corridor. You will drive sales through your area by maintaining and developing customer accounts and winning new accounts.

As an Account Manager you will be required to take customer enquiries, manage order processing and ensure that sales orders are processed correctly. 
The Account Manager will need to have the ability to think on their feet, multitask, work to deadline and have excellent customer service

Key skills required are:

  • Track record in generating prospects, closing sales and achieving targets.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Ideally experience of selling within the hotel and restaurant sector.
  • Knowledge of SAP or other CRM systems would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
  • A full clean UK driving license will be required.
