The Role of Area Sales Manager:
The Area Sales Manager will manage Dealer relationships within the territory: Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridge, Suffolk and Norfolk, with responsibility for:
- The development and execution of a sales strategy that will deliver sales and market share objectives
- Managing a well established dealer base, driving sales growth and strong partnerships
- Presentations and negotiation in order to close sales
- Working within a team to communicate, share resources and secure support to ensure the customer experience is always exceptional
- Planning every sales appointment in order to achieve objectives
To be a successful Area Sales Manager for STIHL:
We are looking for an experienced and high calibre Sales professional with the communication skills and commercial ability to represent this world leading brand. Specific qualities will include:
- Ability to build sound and lasting relationships within our Dealer network
- Proven experience as a high sales achiever
- Professional sales skills including structured call planning, problem solving and negotiating
- Enthusiasm and motivation to sell outdoor products
Your experience will be as a field based Area Sales Manager or Sales Representative with a successful track record of sales achievement. You might have worked in consumer goods, industrial or business to business sales and you will have a passion for innovative, quality products.
