Job Details

This opportunity is working for a revered Wine & Spirits business to support, develop and implement agreed brand activity to drive awareness, visibility and understanding of spirits brands and support brand sales. Based in London, this business has a superb portfolio of Wine and Spirits brands and this role will focus on the Spirits portfolio.

What our client is looking for:

Graduate-calibre candidates with a track record of success within the drinks or other premium goods sectors in a marketing, sales or commercial capacity. A real passion, energy and knowledge for premium Spirits, the On Trade scene and wider drinks market. You will have strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver agreed marketing activations for key brands within agreed timescales and budgets
  • Educate and train internal staff to be confident in selling spirits brands within the portfolio
  • With the Trade Marketing Manager, deliver best in class promotions, tasting & training events
  • Participate at events to help promote and recruit new drinkers to our brands
  • In accordance with company policy contribute to the company’s social media activities for spirits across blogs, Facebook and official Twitter accounts.
  • Develop and provide brand presenters to sales people in both long and short formats for all spirits brands utilising central brand assets
  • To execute an agreed number of training, tasting and consumer events across the UK
  • To develop a detailed working knowledge of the portfolio and to develop a reputation for expertise in spirits within the team

Qualifications

Ideally educated to Degree standard with demonstrable experience in a similar field sales role in the On-Trade.
