Key Account Manager

Aberdeen & Inverness (Northern Territories)

This business is an iconic UK food brand with 95% household penetration across their market leading brands.

The role

As a Key Account Manager you are responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of existing customers throughout the Northern Territories to ensure the delivery of improved Gross Profit, Margin, Volume and Credit KPI's

Your key areas of responsibility will be as follows:
  • Manage promotional activity effectively and efficiently
  • Manage all technical and marketing aspects ensuring you meet your customer's needs
  • Optimising profit through the effective management of business relationships


The person

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have the following experience/skills:
  • Extensive field sales experience, ideally within food
  • Strong influencing skills with an ability to adapt communication styles
  • Technical understanding of ingredients
  • Effective route planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team-player ethos
