• We are currently recruiting for one of the UK’s most innovative and dynamic FMCG businesses. They are looking for highly accomplished Business Development Managers to strengthen their presence in Scotland and the North East of England.
• The successful Business Development Manager must not only have demonstrable experience of successful solution sales, they must also have proven experience of thinking outside the box and doing things differently within their work environment.
• As a Business Development Manager your role will be to manage both the sell-in and sell-out of my client’s products through their strategic distribution partners, whilst also developing relationships with end-user customers across a variety of vertical markets.
• Your role will predominantly focus on Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen, but will take you to customers across the whole of Scotland and down in to Northern England

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Proven track record working with distribution partners
• An entrepreneurial flair and a passion for doing things differently
• Ability to sell a solution and not just a product
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and profit targets
• A passion for engineering
