Role: Trading Manager
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Our client is one of the market leaders within the fresh produce industry and due to continued growth within their sector, they are looking to recruit a Trading Manager to help develop their Salad and Veg trading desks.

Reporting in to the General Manager, this position is responsible for both sales and procurement across Salads and Veg, with a big focus on Spanish produce, so any previous contacts in Spain would be beneficial.

Salad and Veg trading experience is essential for this position, both procurement and sales ad this role would be responsible for ensuring product for the rest of the Veg and Salads team to sell.
