The Company

Our client is an international food group, with the UK division based in the North West. The business has strongly established itself as one of the UK’s most recognisable food brands at the moment. Priding themselves on their progressive and open culture balanced with a rich heritage, they have increased brand presence in the marketplace through matching the key innovation and health trends across the world.

The Role

This role will form a part of the Group Marketing team based in their European headquarters, with some interaction with the UK base in the North West. Key responsibilities will be developing, guiding and implementing the strategy of the Group’s breakthrough innovations. Within this, you will undertake and manage consumer research analysis that will lead the group innovations projects, and monitor the success of NPD via regular reporting. 

The Individual

You will be results orientated and enthusiasic about the challenges that face you with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in FMCG innovation marketing environments. An ability to speak French is desired but not essential, but you will be willing to learn if not. You must be able to adapt to different projects on short notice, and be able to keep up to date with innovation and consumer trends in collaboration with the Research Team.
