BRAND DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - Drinks

SHS Drinks, a division of the £400m SHS Group – a privately owned FMCG holding company providing a strong financial base and central resources for four divisions operating within brand ownership and Sales & Marketing across a number of different food, drink and non-food categories. 

The company’s biggest brand, WKD, is not only quirky and fun, it’s also the UK’s no.1  ‘Ready-to-Drink’ brand in both the on and off-trade markets. The company has also been highly successful in expanding their growing presence in the premium Soft Drinks Category with their market leading Bottlegreen brand.

The SHS Drinks business has some really exciting future growth plans for both WKD and Bottlegreen brands, supported by significant marketing investment.  As a result, we are now seeking a Brand Development Executive to join their National field sales team. Candidates should already reside in Greater London or the South East/M25 (ideally South of the River Thames) or be prepared to relocate and must possess a valid UK driving licence.

The BDE role will have direct responsibility for developing WKD and Bottlegreen brands in a broad mix of accounts, ranging from on-trade pubs and bars, 4 & 5 star hotels, restaurants, quality café’s, premium leisure outlets, major tourist attractions and entertainment venues. Your key responsibility will be to drive listings, distribution and sales across the product range through the activation of brand visibility and brand support initiatives at the point of purchase. The role will provide plenty of variety in both product and customer responsibility.

We are looking for graduate calibre individuals with a minimum of circa 12 months previous sales experience gained ideally in an on-trade, drinks or bar environment and can display a genuine passion for the drinks industry.  Alternatively, you may be a recent graduate with some relevant sales or marketing work experience gained from an internship or work placement period. This is a hands-on role with real responsibility that will test your influencing skills from day one.  To be successful you will need to display a confident, articulate and persuasive personality, combined with passion and a drive for success.
