Our client is an established market leader, with a strong portfolio of health-driven brands plus private label, making a major impact across grocery retail and all other major customer channels at present.
As Business Unit Manager, you will assume full ownership of a portfolio of on-trend brands well aligned with today’s health savvy consumers.
With full P&L and strategic accountability for their performance across the grocery retail channel, you will lead a small team to drive the performance of existing brands, launch new international brands, and drive in to extended categories via industry-leading innovation.
The role is of a senior nature and therefore reports directly to the Sales Director. You will work closely with and impact upon brand marketing, category, supply-chain and innovation teams to deliver in line with customer expectations.
The role requires somebody with a proven sales background, however with direct reports across brand and category management, previous experience (or strong knowledge) of marketing principles will significantly strengthen your application for the role.
Operating within a highly ambitious and heavily supported business, the role offers a great platform to deliver results and further progress your CV to more senior levels in reward for your commitment.
