The Role: This Business Development Manager role involves selling into the SME sector, dealing with firms with between 1 and 1,000 employees. You will be talking to business owners and directors, HR professionals and IT directors within sectors including banking, education and manufacturing. Purely looking to develop new accounts, the new business development manager will receive excellent warm leads.

The Company: Established half a century ago and part of a £500 million group, our client is a well reputed organisation now recruiting a new Business Development Manager to expand their team. This division supplies outsourced payroll services, HR software and compliance information as well as talent management services, health & safety, legislation and time & attendance solutions.

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Strong field sales experience
• You will have a track record of selling into the SME and corporate markets
• It is likely that you have sold business services, software or complex solutions
• Process driven and highly structured candidates do well here
