The Role:
            
We have a great opportunity for a proven Business Development Manager to join an established and growing manufacturer in South East England. The role will be predominantly new business focussed, with account management involved. This is an office based role, with the majority of time (3-4 days a week) being spent in the field to develop business within B2B and Foodservice channels.   

Key Responsibilities:

•    Field based sales role, developing and sourcing new and existing opportunities within the B2B or Food Service sector. 
•    Establishing strong relationships with customers and being their primary point of contact.
•    To manage accounts within the business and develop their profitability. 

Candidate Requirements:

•    Proven field sales experience within the food and industry is a necessity.
•    Must have a hunter sales background.
•    Hard working, driven and self-motivated attitude is a necessity.
•    Experience selling within B2B and Foodservice would be advantageous
•    Must have a proven track record of success with developing new business with new and existing accounts.
•    Strong written and verbal communication
•    UK Driving Licence with the ability to travel nationally.
•    Results orientated, while also being a team player.

The Package:

•    Up to £25,000 Basic salary
•    Targeted bonus with an expected OTE of £40,000
•    Company car 
•    3% employer pension contribution.
•    25 days of holiday plus bank holidays
•    Phone & laptop
