Sales and Operations Manager - Sharpham Park

We are an organic spelt farm and mill based in Street, Somerset.

As Sales and Operations Manager you will ensure the smooth running of the business on a day to day basis, maximising the development and sales of Sharpham Park products both at home in the UK and to export markets, working closely with a small committed team with the marketing, production and financial roles. 

This challenging role demands a candidate who can multi task, loves variety and a challenge, ideally will have knowledge of both the organic and food markets, coupled with a solid proven background in sales, operations, export, and growing high end brands. This will be a hands on role and will involve key account management. 

Salary : Subject to experience.

Position : Full time/Permanent
