Catman Jobs are currently supporting Ginsters, part of the Samworth Brothers group, to recruit a Customer Marketing Manager in the South West.

The Business

Ginsters is the lead brand in its category within the retail channel. Having recently developed some exciting new products the business is looking for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager to increase the strength of its product portfolio within the category.

The Role

Reporting to the Customer Marketing Controller, you will be required to not only deliver but also contribute to the category and shopper marketing strategy.  Alongside this you will be tasked with adopting a retailer facing role in which you will work closely with 3 of the top 6 multiple accounts. As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will not only be measured on your ability to enact growth but also on the key process of adding value to the category by working closely with both the commercial and brand management teams.

The individual

Ideally you will already be a Customer Marketing Manager or a Category Manager with some degree of experience using data tools such as Kantar/ Nielsen, dunnhumby and IRI. You will have gained at least two years’ experience within either a category management or commercial role and looking to take the next step on the ladder of your development.
