Senior Brand Manager

FMCG Connect is pleased to be working with a large FMCG client that is in search Senior Brand manager to work specifically within their Foodservices portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Development and execution of brand plan, trade marketing plan & innovation funnel for Foodservice products for target Market Sectors.
• Manage, develop and grow the Foodservice Product Portfolio for the Delivered Wholesale, Cash and Carry, and Major End Users Sectors in line with the Strategic Plan.
• Development and execution of customer facing product presentations and Trade Exhibitions.
• Lead the NPD process, taking the lead from concept development through to product delivery and execution of all product launches ensuring compliance with stage & gate process
• Collaboration with Category Management and Consumer Insight team to utilize current market and consumer data to manage and maximize offering on existing products and ensure successful NPD launches
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve new listings and identify distribution gaps, ensuring marketing support at trade meetings to deliver tailored presentations with a clear category rationale
• Work with Commercial Finance & Sales Team to fully understand the AOP and develop action plans to address financial performance issues and opportunities

Requirements

• Have a strong understanding of the Overall Foodservice Market, Key Foodservice Sectors and Key End User Chain Accounts.
• Track record of business, brand and solutions/product development in both Wholesale and End User Chain Accounts
• Sound organisation & project management skills to enable delivery of numerous & varied projects
• Competent & confident presentation skills
• Highly commercial with the ability to understand and analyse financial data and manage P&L’s
