Vending Area Sales Manager

Basic Salary £24,000 - £32,000 Negotiable, Genuine OTE £50k - £60k uncapped, Company Car, Mobile Phone, Laptop, Corporate Benefits

The Locations:

This is a field based sales role covering the Hertfordshire territory encompassing Uxbridge, Stevenage, Enfield, St Albans, Luton, Milton Keynes, Watford, Hatfield, Slough, Twickenham

The Role:

We are now looking recruit an additional Business Development Manager to join our successful UK Sales Team. 

  • Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, our new Sales professional will be selling Vending machines and office coffee solutions on leasing contracts into medium sized companies across the designated geographically territory 
  • This is a dynamic sales role which is split into 80% New Business and 20% Key Account Management, working from home and in the field  
  • Our field sales executives are responsible for achieving set revenue and margin targets which will are gently introduced after probationary period 
  • Networking through current strategic partnerships agreements, targeted cold calling and using your territory knowledge to win new business  are all part of the role although you will also benefit from the internal support of our telesales tea
  • This role will require a regional sales professional to have excellent negotiation and closing skills, converting business with an average value order of around 50 – 100 machine accounts
  • We invest substantially in the training and development of our employees, and in particular our area sales professionals, therefore you can expect to receive regular one-on-one training in addition to an in depth induction period exposing you to all aspects of our business operation 

The Applicant:

  • The successful regional sales professional will ideally have a commercial background from within the vending or coffee industry however we will consider Field Sales professionals from a commercial background of selling a lease agreement or contracted sale into SME’s or HORECA with a high activity rate and a proven track record in sales.
  • Sales applicants must be energetic, driven and looking to progress within the organisation
  • Money hungry, motivated sales candidates with the determination to be successful
  • Field sales reps that are able to work autonomously and manage their own journey plan.
  • Must be able to successfully demonstrate previous ability to achieve a territory revenue target.
  • Candidates from a commercial background as a Business Development Manager, Field Sales Executive, Territory sales Manager  Regional Sales Manager, Key Accounts or Field Sales Manager selling products such as Capital Equipment would be ideal
