Job Details
A major player in the global cosmetics industry is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a growing area of their product portfolio.
The Opportunity
Working within the Commercial team, you will take on a Product focused role, facing customers and key accounts, with influence over the end-to-end Product lifecycle. You will have input over NPD programmes, costings and promotional plans.
Your interaction with the accounts will help to ensure that product development is in line with customer profiles, and emerging trends.
By staying on top of the market, you will anticipate needs, and develop your own product category expertise.
You will also have some management responsibilities over a small, product focused team.

To Interview
You will have previous Product or Project Management experience, mapping critical pathways and product launches within an FMCG environment, ideally with some exposure to the Health and Beauty industry. A background in Commercial or Marketing would also be suitable.
You must have previous management experience.
You will have excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, having handled high profile accounts. You will also have confident numeracy skills, including proficiency in Excel.
